Gender Equality Plan

Minors’ Gender Equality Plan (GEP) ensures that equality and diversity are firmly embedded in all areas of work and research. It is aligned with the EU Gender Equality Strategy 2020–2025 as well as international legal frameworks such as the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women. The Gender Equality Plan includes measures to promote equal opportunities, including fair and transparent recruitment and remuneration systems, gender balance in leadership positions and decision-making processes, a family-friendly work culture and flexible working time models, the integration of gender and diversity perspectives in all our projects, as well as the prevention and elimination of discrimination, violence, and harassment. To make equality and diversity lived values at Minor, we view the decisions on and implementation of these measures as an ongoing participatory process in which all employees are actively involved.
