Multiperspectivity in Challenging Times

MuRem-Workshop in Vienna

The last European workshop within the project “Multi-Perspective Holocaust Remembrance in Contemporary Europe“ (short: MuRem) provides space for dialogue on the topics and questions that have challenged us at previous events and/or have remained open.

The workshop is organized in cooperation with OeAD.at and has a focus on the culture of remembrance and multi-perspective approaches in Austria. We meet with researchers, curators, educational consultants and activists.

Topics include, among others, the remembrance of the persecution of homosexuals and of Sinti and Roma, collaboration and resistance in collective memory, as well as multi-perspective remembrance in diverse/migration societies.

The final in-person MuRem meeting also aims to reflect on the joint MuRem workshops, draw conclusions, collect questions and discuss possibilities for future cooperations.

Registration is no longer possible.
